Pattar’s responsibilities will include inventory management, supply chain operations, accounting functions and budgeting operations.

His experience in the food industry stems from his years at Foster Farms and Beatrice Foods.
However, Pattar comes to Culinary Farms from the Legend Corporation, a hardwood flooring company, where he was chief operating officer.
Culinary Farms is a privately held company which sells natural ingredients to businesses all over the world.
