The nine three-credit courses start on either August 31 or Jan 11 and last 12 to 15 weeks.
The courses include an overview course in international food laws and regulations, five regionally specialized courses covering food regulation in the US, the EU, Latin America, Canada and Asia, as well as courses covering the Codex Alimentarius, OIE (World Organisation for Animal Health) and IPPC (International Plant Protection Convention).
