Chef Ann Cooper, a national school lunch improvement advocate, will be guiding the officials through the show in order to highlight healthier foods and ingredients for children.
Expo West’s show manager Adam Andersen said: “We believe that food service, including institutional food served in public schools, is the next frontier for natural and organic foods, and that our industry is best suited to make that change happen swiftly.”
Interested school officials are invited to assemble outside the Anaheim Convention Center at 11am on March 6.
