Dr Rabe replaces Klaus Kuehn, CFO at Bayer, who stepped down from Symrise’s board at the end of last year. He will advise on all financial matters.
Since embarking on his career in 1989, Dr Rabe has held positions at the European Commission, legal firm Forrester Norall & Sutton, the Trauhandanstalt, and RTL Group. He also sits on the supervisory boards of RTL Group and Gruner & Jahr.
