Virginia Dare has developed a new range of oil-soluble flavors for chocolate and compound confectionery coatings.

The flavors include pomegranate, green apple, tea, mojito, cappuccino, and sauterne, picking up on several of the latest flavor trends. These include a drive in recent months towards appealing to companies seeking to capitalize on the ‘healthy halo’ of ingredients like pomegranate and tea, without using the ingredients themselves.

Virginia Dare said that the flavors can be used for white, milk and dark chocolate, and can also be used in other applications that require oil soluble flavors.
