NSF said it would consider nominations from food manufacturing, design, research and academic sectors, with winners to be announced at the Food Safety Summit in Washington, DC, on Wednesday, April 14 next year.

“Nominations will be evaluated based on creativity, innovation, design, contribution to the advancement of food safety, and overall quality of contributions made by an independent panel of food safety experts,” NSF said.
