Aloha​ (booth #438) is introducing a range of teas, including Sleep Tea (Lemon balm, chamomile, Valerian root and hops), Energy Tea (Oolong, schizandra berries, Guarana, and yerba mate), Smart Tea (Gingko biloba, Lemongrass, orange peel, Panax ginseng), Clean Tea (nettles, dandelion root, ginger), Protect Tea (elderberry, elderflower, ginger, Echinacea), Beauty Tea (green rooibos, hibiscus, juniper berries, sea buck thorn berries), Lovers Tea (rosy scents, pomegranate seeds, rosehip, & hibiscus).

Alpine Valley Bread​ (booth # 342) is showcasing its new line of organic bakery style breads and organic English muffins. The products are certified USDA organic, Non-GMO Project Verified and certified Kosher. The product assortment for the bakery style breads includes nine flavors: Multi Grain with Omega 3, 21 Whole Grains, Super Grains, Sprouted Honey Wheat with Flaxseed, Nine Grain, 12 Grain with Omega 3, Honey Whole Wheat, Honey Chia, and Raisin Cinnamon Whole Wheat. The organic English muffins come in both an original (white) and wheat flavor.

Bakery On Main​, (booth #538) is introducing two new product lines: Bunches of Crunches and 4-4-8 Bars. The Bunches of Crunches Superfood GRAINola Cereal are chocolate clusters of crunchy goodness packed with certified gluten-free oats, ancient grains such as amaranth and millet, and superfoods like chia seeds and cacao. Bunches of Crunches is available in two varieties, Dark Chocolate Sea Salt with Chia and Coconut Cacao.  

The 4-4-8 Bars combine four grams of protein, four grams of fiber, and eight grams of sugar. Certified gluten-free, Non-GMO Project Verified, and made in the USA with a clean ingredient list, the product’s bakeshop delicious flavors include: Oats & Honey, Double Chocolate, Peanut Butter Chocolate, and Peanut Butter & Jelly.

Foods Alive ​(booth #137) will have its Power Crackers made with almonds, walnuts, flax seed, sunflower seed, and Reishi mushrooms for consumers seeking plant-based protein alternatives to casein, whey, egg, meat and poultry. The products are ideal for anyone, including athletes of all levels that want to build and maintain muscle but don't want to compromise dietary beliefs or practices, said the company. It delivers all of the essential amino acids to meet human health standards of consumption, as well as vital branched chain amino acids (BCAA) which are important for continued muscle growth and recovery between workouts or adventures on the hiking trail.

Veggemo

Global Gardens Group​(booth #223) is introducing the first non-dairy beverage to originate from veggies: Veggemo. The protein, nutrition and flavor come from peas, the creamy texture comes from tapioca from cassava, while potatoes make Veggemo smooth and milky white. The product has the smoothness and creaminess of 2% dairy milk, and is also rich in calcium, Vitamin D, is an excellent source of B12. The product is available in Original, Unsweetened and Vanilla flavors. Veggemo launched in Canada in Q4 2015, and the company is planning to launch in the US in Q4 2016.

Go Raw / Freeland Foods​ (booth #337) will present their new lined of plant-based protein bars called Grow Sprouted Bars. The bars are said to be the first on the market that derives its protein solely from watermelon seeds.

“We are always looking for ways to meet the needs of our consumers, which we believe are seeking highly functional foods that are safe and tasty for the entire family,”​ said Robert Freeland, CEO of Freeland Foods. “We’re proud to be the only food manufacturer that’s unlocked the protein power of watermelon seeds and put it into four deliciously flavored bars.” ​The bars are available in Dark Chocolate, Cinammon Spice, Mint Chocolate, and Zesty Lemon flavors.

In The Raw​ (booth #330) family of brands is announcing its newest addition, In The Raw beverages: One-of-a-kind small batch beverages including In The Raw Lemonade, In The Raw Tea with Natural Lemon Flavor and In The Raw Cola. Each beverage is sweetened with Fair Trade Certified Sugar In The Raw.

LocalFolks Foods​ (booth #242) has added 11 new items to our existing lineup this Spring. The company is entering the jam category with 8 fruit jams, sourced from Michigan and Northern Indiana fruit growers. It is also adding two creative new mustards, Dill Pickle, and Red Jalapeno, to complement its number one selling item, Stoneground Xxpress mustard. The company is also adding a Red Serrano Spicy Ketchup for the summer grilling season.          

Probiotic-MELT

MELT Organic ​(booth #345) will showcase two new products at the show – Buttery Sticks, specially formulated to perform just like butter when baking, and Probiotic MELT Buttery Spread, a butter improvement that delivers active cultures more effectively than yogurt.

Unlike margarines and other butter substitutes on the market, MELT Organic Buttery Sticks are optimized for baking and cooking and rich in Medium Chain Fatty Acids. Milkadamia

Milkadamia​ (booth #121) will be showing a macadamia milk that is free of dairy, soy, GMO’s and gluten. The products come in 2 flavors: Original, which is sweetened with a touch of cane sugar; and Unsweetened. The macadamias are sourced from the company’s free-range trees in Australia in the very region the tree originated.

NOW Foods​ (booth #157) is introducing its Ellyndale Naturals Q-Cups ahead of its official July 2016 launch. The quinoa-based products are convenient and portable cups made with non-GMO ingredients and come in three different flavors for a delicious snack or meal that’s ready in five minutes: Savory Garlic & Mushroom; Southwestern Barbeque; and Organic Quinoa.

Baby food brand Once Upon a Farm​ (booth #227) is offering 10 specially designed blends of whole fruits, vegetables and superfoods, specifically customized for three of the most important nutritional stages of an infant’s life. Once Upon a Farm uses HPP (high-pressure processing) to keep the flavors, aromas, colors, textures, and nutrients of the whole ingredients intact. The products are packaged in convenient, refrigerated and re-sealable pouches,

RXBAR ​(booth #543) is showcasing its new Mint Chocolate protein bar, formulated with peppermint, cacao and almonds and packing 12 grams of egg white protein and antioxidants.

Steaz​ (booth #220) is launching its new line of Cactus Waters, available in three delicious flavors: Cactus Water with Green Tea, Cactus Water with Starfruit & Green Tea and Cactus Water with Cucumber & Green Tea. Packed with antioxidants, cactus water helps reduce inflammation while providing the body with natural hydration. Blended with Fair Trade Certified organic green tea and organic prickly pear.

SuckerPunch Gourmet​ (booth #236) is presenting its new Bloody Mary Mix and Bread N’ Better Pickle.

Wild Garden​ (booth #442) is launching Quick Marinades and Heat and Serve Pilafs, as it expands its specialty brand of hummus and snack boxes. H&NS attendees can get an exclusive taste of the three new Pilafs.

“We believe that the world is connected through food,”​ said Nezar Ziyad, VP of marketing, Wild Garden. “We want to be able to share some of the finest cuisines ranging from using simple grains with delicious flavors to complete meals with our new Marinades and Pilafs.”
