ConAgra Foods has appointed Greg Schlafer president of its frozen potato business Lamb Weston.
Schlafer, who will take up his new position on February 25, will run Lamb Weston’s global business, which serves more than 2,500 restaurant, foodservice and retail customers in 120 countries.
“Greg brings a customer-focused approach, 20-plus years of experience in the food industry, and a proven track record of success in the commercial/business-to-business space,” said Paul Maass, president of Commercial Foods for ConAgra Foods.
Schlafer most recently served as vice president of the bakeries & foodservice division at General Mills.
