Frédéric Duvauchelle has been named General Manager & President of Puratos Corporation, USA.
Duvauchelle, who will take up his new role on January 1, 2013, is currently general manager of Puratos Chocolate USA in Kenosha, WI.
Before moving to the Puratos US team, Frederic worked for Puratos Group in Brussels as business unit director for Patisserie Mixes.
The current Puratos USA President, Karel Zimmermann, will switch to a new role as regional director of North America focusing on business growth in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
Brussels-based Puratos supplies products to the bakery, patisserie and chocolate sectors worldwide. Its US HQ is in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
