ADM Cocoa International has appointed Benoît Villers as its new director of chocolate, and Steven Laning as innovation and marketing director.
Villers is said to be “uniquely qualified to spearhead the company’s chocolate activities internationally”; he has 20 years’ experience in the cocoa and chocolate industry, with roles from sales and sourcing to senior management.
Laning, meanwhile, has spent 30 years in development of cocoa and specialty fats. In his new role he will lead technical resources to solve customers’ technical issues, and guide marketing in this area.
