The US Federal Trade Commission has cleared Land O’Lakes' acquisition of chilled dairy desserts manufacturer Kozy Shack.
The acquisition represents US-based dairy firm Land O’Lakes’ first venture into the chilled dairy desserts market.
Kozy Shack, which manufactures and markets premium desserts, has a presence in the US, Canada and Ireland and boasts production facilities on both sides of the Atlantic.
No further details of the acquisition have been disclosed by either party.
