The private label trend is “on fire” according to analysts, and high on the agenda at next month’s Private Label Manufacturers Association’s trade show will be organic and natural foods.
The food and beverage industry area of the show will feature special pavilions for private label organics and natural products, as well as ingredients, licensing and celebrity endorsements, and personal financial services.
Meanwhile PLMA’s “Idea Supermarket” will feature store brand products representing the full range of private label programs and the latest product and packaging innovations offered by retailers globally.
Speakers will include Lynn Dornblaser, director Consulting Services/GNDP, Mintel, who will discuss Trends on the Shelves: New Products of 2008.
PLMA’s 2008 Private Label Trade Show will run from November 16-18 in Chicago.
