It is hard to understand why more manufacturers do not look to companies like Firmenich to reformulate their products to reduce sugar content by significant amounts by using proprietary enhancers. If governments wanted to be helpful one would think that they would support their use. Oops, that might moderate prices and increase supplies, how dare we think such nonsense!
