Water is definitely NOT free!
1: Water is not free..people have this idea that it's going to keep going and going, it's not. It's a hot commodity that is running out faster then we think, and unlike oil, we can't live without it.
2: I've worked in restaurants my whole life, and have been ordering food for years...Nice food costs more, simple as that. It costs more to produce, many times in order to produce it, it takes more man/machine power as well.
No restaurant I've worked in has ever charged more for "healthier" options just because they thought they could. Restaurants work off of extremely slim profit margins, they are probably charging what they need to to account for the extra labor or extra cost of the products involved.
