Glad healthy food is on the rise.
It's great to hear that processed food is getting healthier. I've noticed that trend in the past few years, especially with the emergence of greek yogurt and all-natural ingredients. I'm personally happy to see the trend because I have to eat very healthily due to cardiovascular issues. I read a lot of books like "The Wisdom of Heart Health" by Ramin Manshadi to stay informed about a heart-healthy lifestyle. It's reassuring to see foods that I can eat without worry cropping up on the shelves!
