Just minutes ago I finished viewing Dr. Robert Lustig's lecture of a year ago on the connection between sucrose/high fructose corn syrup and human health. You're right, this is going to be a tough nut to solve by all the parties. But it will have to be done. People simply can't continue to consume the current level of sugar. It's a similar problem in nature to that which the National Football League is facing regarding brain injury.
