Always read the labels
Read the ingredient labels. That tells us more about what is really in food products. And helps us avoid all the corn-derived additives, other food allergens, GMOs and other unhealthy junk. Those of us with food allergies and intolerance have to avoid junk foods. I guess we may be the lucky ones, because we can't eat that crap.
