It Gets Even Worse

Sugar certainly deserves the bogeyman title. It is now clear that excessive fructose from both sucrose (sugar) and HFCS is the primary driver of both insulin resistance and central obesity. When you throw high glycemic carbohydrates into the mix you end up frying your brain. These dietary elements are the primary drivers of a condition called sugar-brain, where the brain starts to subtlety malfunction. People with sugar-brain develop brain dysfunction symptoms that make it more difficult to function. Because the brain plays a key role in auto-regulating total body fat stores, people with sugar-brain start to store excessive body fat at any caloric intake.

If you don’t change you diet it gets even worse. Sugar-brain can transition to a serious disease called Carbohydrate Associated Reversible Brain syndrome or CARB syndrome. People with CARB syndrome develop disabling brain dysfunction symptoms and they continue to store excessive body fat. Learn more at http://carbsyndrome.com.
