Not misleading
Evaporated cane juice on a label seems pretty clear to me. Unspecified sugar on a label is misleading. That can mean cane sugar, GMO beet sugar, or a combination of both. I prefer a label that names the source of the sugar or sweetener and I know what evaporated cane juice is, as do most people. I buy Chobani yogurt, because it's corn free. I'm allergic to corn in any form and any amount. This lawsuit is nothing more then nitpicking, and is frivolous, IMO.
