Hurrah!
This a a victory, not a shame. The food industry tries to get away with as much as they can. Current claims (rather health, or structure function) are misleading the public into thinking certain foods or food components have curative potential. Eating a healthy diet can do you some good, but sucking down these manufactured elixirs only helps the food industry make $$$$.
