We offer a diverse range of functional ingredients and custom-tailored solutions for many applications in the food industry. The specialized functionalities of our Dairy Ingredients and their Components will help you to create innovative, healthy and value-added products, with a wide range of possibilities of taste and texture.

New Products:

For the ICE CREAM and FROZEN DESSERT INDUSTRY, IDI offers a range of functional mixes - PROCREAM LF for Low-Sugar Fat-Free Frozen Desserts. - PROCREAM LF/HP for Low-Sugar, Low/Fat-Free High protein Frozen Desserts - PROCREAM HF2 is a dairy preparation made of milk proteins selected for their foaming properties, particularly appreciated in sorbets, &nbspwater/Italian ;ices.

A new technology "Fresh Cheese Without Whey Separation" has been developed by IDI, in partnership with APV. The process is simplified - no acid whey production - and its flexibility enables tailor-made products manufacturing. It enables the production of a wide range of premium quality "cultured" and "fresh" dairy products, with specific textures and varied flavors without whey separation. This innovative technology solution offers many "value-added" benefits while increasing productivity and reducing recipe and capital investment costs.
