Alland & Robert is constantly improving its production process and has recently opened its second production facility with a new spray-drying unit next to its existing factory in Normandy France, now having a production capacity of more than 10,000 tons of spray-dried and agglomerated gum Acacia per year.
At this occasion, Alland & Robert unveils its newest innovation:
a new generation of gum Arabic with enhanced emulsifying capacity, the Emulsifying 500 range that gives food scientists a new, more powerful tool to stabilize difficult emulsions such as oil in water emulsions for beverages and flavours.
This new product can also be successfully used as a highly soluble fibre (with a pre-biotic effect) in addition to products designed for health and wellness formulations. Innovation - customer assistance - safety of high quality supplies are the constant key objectives of Alland & Robert.
