EPI Ingredients draws part of its nutritional, texturising and gustatory properties from milk and its components, to develop, produce and commercialise a complete range of dairy ingredients for the food industries.

With the strength of its affiliation with two major French, multiple purpose, co-operative groups, TERRENA and COOPAGRI BRETAGNE, EPI Ingredients benefits from technological and scientific support in dairy and plant proteins and in ovoproducts.Over one billion litres of milk are collected among 5000 farmers all members of our "Paysan Breton" (Breton farmers) charter, the guarantee of traceability above reproach. EPI Ingredients produces 80,000 tons of dairy ingredients each year.
