Through the high amount of work performed at the French National Institute of Agricultural Research on the new probiotic strain Lactobacillus farciminis CIP 103136 and through the literature published by research teams from all round the world on other strains, we will learn how our microbiota or how some probiotic strains can have an effect on visceral pain, on the regulation of the intestinal barrier function and, even, beyond the gut on changes in the HPA response to stress.
We will complete this knowledge by a practical example of finished product from Institut Rosell Lallemand, Probio’Stick®, that has been tested for its efficacy on preventing the disturbing symptoms of the stress response.
