Tate & Lyle’s Karl Kramer to advise Healthy Weight Commitment Foundation
Karl Kramer, president of innovation and commercial development at Tate & Lyle has been appointed to the Healthy Weight Commitment Foundation’s board of directors.
Tate & Lyle said it will advise the Foundation on ingredient labeling, product formulations and marketing.
Executive director of the Healthy Weight Commitment Foundation Lisa Gable said: “As one of the leading food ingredient companies in the world, Tate & Lyle brings expertise to the Foundation and to the Board that is fundamentally necessary to help find the best ways to reduce childhood obesity in the United States.”
The Healthy Weight Commitment Foundation is a coalition of more than 100 food and beverage makers and not-for-profit organizations.
