Thuy Huynh
Blue Pacific Flavors has hired senior flavorist Thuy Huynh to lead its technical innovation team as director of flavors and applications.
Among other responsibilities, she will lead several new research projects with The New Zealand Institute of Plant and Food.
"Thuy brings a wide range of talent and experience to Blue Pacific given her 25 years of flavor creation work in beverages as well as her chemical engineering background,” said Donald Wilkes, president and CEO.
