Coca-Cola completes formation of unified North America structure
Rival Coca-Cola is also shaking things up at the top.
From Jan 1, 2013, its three operating businesses reporting to chairman and CEO Muhtar Kent will be structured as follows:
- Coca-Cola Americas: Reporting to Steve Cahillane (pictured), comprising North America (U.S. and Canada); and the Latin America Group.
- Coca-Cola International: Reporting to reporting to Ahmet Bozer, comprising Eurasia & Africa, Europe and Pacific Groups.
- Bottling Investments: Reporting to Irial Finan.
