July - Britvic recall over packaging safety
Britvic Soft Drinks recalled all bottles of a fruit drink targeted at young children because of a packaging issue with the product's novel cap closure.
Australia, the US, Republic of Ireland and Fruit Shoot My-5 was not affected.
The recall of Fruit Shoot was due to their spill-proof 'Magicap' for PET bottles and cost around £25m, according to Britvic.
Millions of bottles were removed from shelfs due to "damaged caps that may become fully or partially detached".
