Next we move to James Guida - executive vice president at Guida’s Dairy - who has announced plans to retire at the end of this month after 40 years with the firm, which was co-founded by his father, Frank.
Guida, who worked his way up through the ranks before taking the EVP role, has spent the past 18 months helping to oversee the company’s transition from being a family-owned to a farmer-owned operation (the Guida family sold the company to Dairy Farmers of America in Feb 2012).
One of the leading milk processors in New England, Guida’s offers an extensive line of fluid milk, cream, ice cream mixes, fruit drinks, orange juice and a variety of other dairy products.
