Impressive list, if your definition of U.S. Food and Beverage is exclusively focused on retail. Surprised that with the growth of foodservice, and channels of foodservice focused on food & beverages (non-alcoholic and alcoholic) - that you did not include a potential & equally impressive list of "movers and shakers".
