Omega-3s: Are you getting enough? 50% say yes; 31% say no; rest unsure
Looking at omega-3s, which 8% of consumers cited as providing a health benefit, unprompted (higher than any other specific food aside from fruits/veg), 50% of those surveyed said they felt they were getting enough, 31% felt they were not getting enough and 19% were not sure, presenting a clear opportunity for food and supplement marketers.
