Hormel R&D chief to retire at the end of the year
And now to Hormel Foods, which is saying goodbye to its VP of research & development, Dr. Phillip L. Minerich, who is retiring at the end of the year.
His replacement is Dr. Kevin L. Myers, director of product and process development, research and development.
“We have been so fortunate to have Phil as a member of our team for more than 37 years and as vice president of research and development for the past eight years,” said Hormel CEO Jeffrey M. Ettinger.
“He has significantly advanced our food science capabilities and inspired a major leap forward in new product innovation.”
