Campbell appoints James Wong president, Greater China and Far East
Our next appointment is at Campbell Soup, which has hired James Wong as its new President, Greater China and Far East. In this role, he will oversee the company’s business in Greater China, the Campbell-Swire joint venture and Campbell’s operations in the Far East, which includes Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Wong - who will be based in Campbell’s Shanghai office and report to Campbell International president Luca Mignini - has held senior management roles at a succession of top CPG firms including SC Johnson, Coca-Cola, Colgate-Palmolive, Duracell and Nestlé.
