The product (which is meant to be blended with soda or water) is inspired by the ancient practice of drinking vinegar for health benefits. While it makes no health claims on pack, a growing body of research supports a range of health benefits.
And that, combined with consumers' growing fascination with all things fermented and the broad reach of chef Andy Ricker's Pok Pok brand could mean big things for this tart RTM beverage...
