Freshly shucked oysters...at a brewery?
When in Portland, take in the culture. While visiting the evasive Upright Brewing (buried in the basement of an office furniture store), a few friends and I not only sampled a porter brewed with oysters and a cask IPA (India Pale Ale) served from a cooler bag, but we also slurped Pacific and bay oysters that were shucked onsite for $2 apiece by a chef/pop-up caterer.
