Goya Foods hires Meriterese Racanelli as nutritionist and food scientist

Next we head to Secaucus, New Jersey, where Goya Foods - the largest Hispanic-owned food company in the US - has appointed MeriTerese Racanelli, M.S. as a nutritionist and food scientist to help expand the firm’s healthy product lines and wellness campaigns.
Racanelli will work with Goya’s R&D team and educate consumers on strategies that incorporate foods such as beans and olive oil into their daily diets.
