John A. Bryant to succeed James M. Jenness as Kellogg chairman
Our next stop is at Kellogg, which has elected its president and CEO John A. Bryant as chairman of the board effective July 1, 2014. Current chairman James M. Jenness will remain on the board as a non-executive director.
Bryant - who joined Kellogg in 1998 and became CEO in January 2011 - also serves on the board of directors of Catalyst, The Consumer Goods Forum, the Food Marketing Institute and the Grocery Manufacturers Association.
