The expo floor is open 12-5pm Sunday, 10-5pm Monday, and 10-4pm Tuesday: If you have time between meetings, walk the show floor, where IFT will debut an Innovation Center featuring an interactive timeline of milestones in food science and the Kitchen of the Future (#2711), featuring interactive demonstrations and tastings to show what food might be like in the future.
(On Monday at 11.30, Chef Gui Alinat CEC will demonstrate the latest in Molecular cooking techniques and transform everyday foods into futuristic samples).
