Mondelez International names Mark Clouse as chief growth officer
Next we move to global snacking giant Mondelez International, which has named Mark Clouse as its chief growth officer - a newly created position.
Clouse, who starts work immediately, will oversee the teams responsible for corporate strategy, global categories, global marketing, global sales, and research, development and quality.
Clouse has been at the company for 18 years, most recently serving as president of Mondelez’s North American business, and prior to that, heading up Kraft Foods' snacks and confectionery business in North America.
He will continue to report to Rosenfeld and lead the company's North American region until his successor is named.
Separately, Mondelez announced that Mary Beth West, EVP and chief category and marketing officer, will be leaving the company to pursue other interests.
