Chickpea-based hummus continues to do well, but consumers want more options, according to Eat Well Embrace Life, which has launched two new vegetable hummus flavors that are claimed to be category-firsts: Zesty Sriracha Carrot with a sunflower seed and apricot topping, and Beet hummus with a pickled beet topping.
