TEA-RRIFIC’s newest flavor is Lavender’s Blueberry

President and founder of TEA-RRIFIC Ice Cream launched Lavender’s Blueberry ice cream late in 2013 because he liked the floral notes as a compliment to Darjeeling black tea. The blueberries also add a touch of sweetness and a natural lavender hue that reinforces the herbs presence. The ice cream, which is made with organic cane juice and a touch of sea salt, recently drew the attention of the major distributor United Natural Foods Inc. and should become more broadly available soon.
