Harmless Harvest coconut water brings in new CEO, COO
Next we head to coconut water brand Harmless Harvest, which has brought in Giannella Alvarez as its new CEO; and former Wild Veggie and POM Wonderful exec Brad Paris as its new COO; enabling co-founders Justin Guilbert and Douglas Riboud to focus on product development and CSR work.
Alvarez - a high-flyer who has held senior roles at Del Monte, Barilla, Kimberly-Clark, and Procter & Gamble - headed up global strategy, marketing, innovation and P&L at Coca-Cola’s global hydration, sports and energy division, between 2006 and 2010.
