What keeps you awake at night?
The cost and availability of raw materials, particularly organic.
What trends are you tracking?
We continue to see a large opportunity for growth in prepared meals, which continues to increase in relevancy due to the convergence of convenience and better-for-you trends. For the same reason we are snacking on better foods, consumers are looking for more convenient ways to put dinner on the table. Ready-made, fresh meals has been the holy grail for some time now, so there is nothing new here. The distribution and executional challenge is what everyone, including ourselves, is working on.
