What trends are you tracking?
Spices continue to trend as consumers become more experimental and of course we monitor trends in fruit and vegetable options. In looking at the industry as a whole, we are seeing a stronger push towards ‘less is more’ in regards to fewer ingredients which is something we have been focused on since the company’s inception.
