What keeps you awake at night?
As a family-owned private company, the thing that keeps us awake at night is cash-flow. We are growing both geographically and in terms of product offering. We want to introduce more products over the next 6-12 months but also need to be careful not to overextend ourselves. Having a clean and solid balance sheet is important to any small business but critical to an emerging beverage company. It doesn't matter how good your products are if you can't collect your receivables and pay your bills on time.
