What keeps you awake at night?
As we grow as a company, both externally and internally, I worry about delivering the highest quality experience possible as the gap between myself and our customer grows wider. It is imperative for my cofounder and I to ensure that every employee we hire, or vendor we work with, is as dedicated to the highest level of customer service as we are.
What trends are you tracking?
We are of course tracking baby food, but other trends include snacks/meals for older kids as well as innovations in HPP products in general. We think that 2016 will be the year that HPP baby food will really start to heat up as a consumer category.
