What keeps you awake at night?
The number one thing that keeps me awake at night is keeping our customers happy. The beverage industry is evolving and growing quickly. Retailers are trying to keep up with consumers, and beverage companies are trying to keep up with both. Making the right decisions in a timely manner is so important to staying one step ahead in this business and will cause you to lose some ZZZZ's every once in a while.
What trends are you tracking?
I am tracking the coffee industry as a whole. There are lots of new and innovative trends coming out of this centuries old industry. Overall the beverage business is a great one to be in, as consumers are only growing thirstier and willing to spend more on beverages. The category is also attracting lots of young talent and entrepreneurs which always keeps things interesting.
