ALYSON EBERLE, founder, Pure Spoon: HPP is going to turn the baby food category on its head
Another entrepreneur convinced the future of baby food is in the chiller is Alyson Eberle, who launched her Pure Spoon branded HPP organic fruit and veggie purees last year and quickly impressed buyers at chains from Whole Foods to Target.
“Moms buy what’s on offer today because there isn’t anything else and they don’t have time to make their own baby food,” she says. “But when you talk to them, they say they want something better.”
