Brewla brings cold brew coffee to the freezer section
In that past few years, ready-to-drink cold brew coffees have begun filling up store shelves in the refrigerated section and the center store, in the case of shelf-stable options. But now consumers can also find it in the freezer section, thanks to ice pop maker Brewla. The company showcased at the Summer Fancy Food Show its latest ice pop flavor: The Barista, which combines cold brew coffee with organic whole milk for a rich, creamy taste that has only 35 calories per pop. “We like to say wake up and like the coffee,” quipped the company’s Founder and President Dan Dengrove.
