Cleveland Kraut showcases ‘spirited sauerkraut with bite’
Midwestern company Cleveland Kraut marries two hipster favorites – fermentation and whiskey – in its Whiskey Dill sauerkraut, which it describes as “spirited” and having a “bite.” The kraut combines cabbage, kosher salt, garlic, whiskey and dill through a time-tested fermentation technique that creates a raw sauerkraut packed with live cultures and probiotics.
